Aaron Cleaners have taken a special interest in the subject of allergies & skin problems since 1980 when both myself (Leigh Bradley the owner of Aaron cleaners) & Luke my son have suffered from eczema. It soon became apparent that the chemicals I was then using for Carpet Cleaning and Upholstery Cleaning were contributing to the problem, we have also both suffered allergic issues relating to the dust and animal gander we were continuously coming into contact with while working as a Carpet Cleaners, and Upholstery Cleaners This resulted in myself and later Luke having to look for appropriate methods and cleaning agents to use In the pursuit of our profession, as Carpet and Upholstery Cleaners while caring for our health and that of our clients.

It must also be said that Essex has a very high incidence of people suffering from the previously mentioned ailments. so It will not suprise you to know that eco friendly carpet cleaning is a topic we take very seriously at aaron cleaners and is very importent to our clients requirements.

This now leaves us with the issue of allergens and the proverbial million dollar question, Can we effectively create an environment in the home or in a commercial work environment that is acceptable for the allergen sufferer?

The answer truthfully to this question, to the greatest extent possible is yes! Modern homes are warm & well insulated an effective trap for pollutants & allergens. Carpets are often maligned as being in some way partially responsible for exacerbating people's allergic symptoms where in fact the real culprits escape attention, the pollutants & allergens themselves. Many sufferers have discarded their carpets and replaced them with hard floorings only to find that there allergic symptoms are still manifest! (The reason being is that the allergens and pollutants are more easily dispersed into the air with no carpets present) Actually carpets can act like lungs filtering out these contaminants and allergens and effective carpet cleaning on a regular basis removes the aforementioned culprits just like an air filter that's been washed on your cooker hood.

So where does this leave the sufferer? You must understand that in order to achieve a large measure of relief you must find some efficient way of cleaning your carpets, rugs, and upholstery, and then ideally find a way of binding up the pollutants and allergens that contribute towards your maladies. The most prolific contributors affecting sufferers are house dust mites, pollens & their spores, animal hair & mould spores.

Dust mites - these little critters can be found everywhere, most prolifically in our mattresses and upholstered furniture, but you will find large resident populations in your carpets and rugs. They feast on our dead skin & deposit their faeces wherever they find a lodging place & it's this excrement that causes the allergic reaction.

Pollens & spores from trees plants, grasses and crops like rape seed blight the lives of those suffering from allergies such as hey fever. Just removing soft furnishings like your and upholstery are not the solution; the pollens are air borne actually causing maximum suffering! Trapping them in your carpets is doing you a service.

Mould & their spores are much more prolific than many of us may appreciate & therefore are much more likely to be the reason behind your sore throat, or your child's persistent cough. It is estimated that nearly 30% of families in The UK own a pet! And what a pleasure they are to young children and all. Unfortunately animal gander or hair is a prolific irritant to many due to the substances that stick to the hair animal skin, parasite eggs and animal saliva.

The solution
